In a world with a vast vocabulary, my art represents the emotions my voice can not. To create art for me is to express an emotion, whether it's from a memory or a message, simply having the freedom of choice is thrilling. I'm currently experimenting with different mediums and canvases to find which method best collides with my artistic self. With each blank canvas there is a level of excitement, it can become any emotion. The world through an artist's eyes is perhaps the most captivating due to the endless possibilities, and I'm eager to train and prepare to find my true artistic soul.

Finding a muse has always been from my life encounters whether they are good or bad, there is always an imaginative perspective that can be viewed. Every approach I make to create will be different because each piece of work is different.

My life as an artist has been filled with passion and excitement, but also disappointment. From a young age I was always filled with a drive to draw and create and when presented an opportunity to pursue it in higher education, there was little support from my loved ones. Having my passion depleted and feeling lost for almost a decade, I decided to rededicate my life into the one thing that has come naturally to me. Re-joining school, re-learning the basics and re-falling in love with creating has spiraled me back into the life I've missed.

My main medium is graphite and charcoal, with a strong desire to learn digital design. Having come back to school has given me the ability to re-learn the basics in drawing, painting and designing. This has propelled me into wanting to exceed the areas I lack in and strongly exceed the areas I thrive in and create my own art.

As an artist our goal is not to amuse the viewer, but to make them feel an emotion, make them question the work, to create a bond without a single word spoken.
